1. Who we are and what Jobflit does

Jobflit ("Jobflit", "we", "us") is an AI job agent. You tell us the roles you want, where you can legally work and how you like to work. Our assistant, Vivy, then finds jobs you are eligible for, assesses and enhances your resume, prepares applications and, when you allow it, submits them to employers on your behalf with proof of every submission.

By creating an account, using the website or app, or buying credits, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Jobflit.

Jobflit is a tool that helps you apply. We are not an employer, a recruiter, an employment agency or an immigration adviser, and we do not promise you interviews, offers or a visa.

2. Who can use Jobflit

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • You must be legally able to work in the places you tell Vivy to search, or honestly describe your situation (for example, that you need visa sponsorship) so Vivy can filter jobs correctly.
  • You may only create an account for yourself. You may not create accounts for other people, share an account, or create several accounts to collect free credits more than once.
  • If you were previously suspended or removed from Jobflit, you may not open a new account without our written permission.

3. Your account

You need an account to use Jobflit. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it; you can sign out of every device from Settings.

You agree to give us accurate information about yourself, your experience, your location and your right to work, and to keep it up to date. Vivy relies on this to decide which jobs you are eligible for and what to write in applications. If the information is wrong, applications may go to the wrong jobs, be rejected, or in some countries break the law, and that will be your responsibility.

You can put your account to sleep (hibernate) or close it at any time from Settings. Hibernating pauses discovery, applications and emails until you reactivate. Closing is permanent: we stop acting for you, remove your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, and any remaining credits are lost.

4. Vivy, automation and acting on your behalf

When you create a role and switch on discovery, Vivy searches public job boards and employer sites for jobs that match the role, checks whether you are eligible based on the location and work-authorisation details you gave, reads the job description and scores how well your resume fits. Jobs appear in your pipeline as "Vivy found", "Awaiting your approval", "Improve", "Submitted" or "Declined".

When you click Apply, or switch on auto-apply for a role, you instruct and authorise Jobflit to complete and submit job applications in your name, using your resume, profile, cover letters and answers that Vivy prepares from your information. You confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of each job board or employer site you apply to through us.

  • You remain the applicant. Everything submitted is submitted by you, through our tool, and you are responsible for its contents. Review your resume, profile and answers before you switch on applying.
  • Vivy writes resumes, cover letters and answers with AI. AI can make mistakes. We give you the chance to review and correct, and you must never let us submit something you know is untrue.
  • We keep proof of every submission (screenshots, confirmation pages or IDs) so you can see exactly what was sent and when.
  • Some employers require steps a machine cannot complete, such as identity checks, assessments or interviews. We will mark those applications as needing you and stop there.
  • Job boards and employers can change their sites, block automated applications or reject an application for reasons outside our control. We will tell you when an application fails and refund the credit as set out below.

You can pause or stop automation for any role at any time, and nothing is submitted while a role is paused, hibernated or closed.

5. Your Jobflit email address and employer replies

To keep your personal inbox clean and to track replies, Jobflit gives you a dedicated application email address (for example name-ab12@apply.jobflit.com). Applications we submit use this address. Replies from employers arrive in your Jobflit Inbox and, if you keep forwarding switched on in Settings, are also forwarded to the email address on your account.

You authorise us to receive, store and show you mail sent to that address, and to send mail from it on your behalf as part of applying. We do not read employer mail for any purpose other than delivering it to you, keeping your application history, and protecting the service from abuse. You can turn forwarding off at any time; the address stops working when your account is closed.

6. Credits, prices and payment

Jobflit runs on credits. There is no subscription. New accounts receive free credits, and you buy more in packs shown on the Pricing page. Prices are shown in US dollars and, where available, in Nigerian naira; payment is taken in the currency you choose through our payment providers (Stripe for cards and Paystack for naira payments). We do not see or store your full card number.

  • Each application Jobflit submits costs 1 credit. The credit is held when the application starts and taken only when it is submitted.
  • Resume enhancement costs 10 credits per role, charged once; re-enhancing the same role is free.
  • If an application fails on our side, the held credit is returned to you automatically. If an employer rejects or ignores your application after it was submitted, the credit is not returned, because the work was done.
  • Credits are shared across all your roles, have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person or account, and cannot be exchanged for money except where the law requires it.
  • Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open. Free credits (signup, referral and testimonial rewards) may be withdrawn if we find they were obtained by breaking these terms.

Prices may change. A change applies to purchases made after it is announced on the Pricing page, never to credits you already hold. Taxes may be added where the law requires.

7. Refunds

Credits returned for failed applications are automatic and need no request. For money, we refund a credit pack in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it and have not used any of its credits. After credits from a pack have been used, we may refund the unused part at our discretion if something on our side went wrong (for example, a technical fault that stopped Vivy from working for you). Write to us at hello@jobflit.com with the email on your account and the date of purchase.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Where a refund is made, the matching credits are removed from your balance. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

8. Referrals, video testimonials and other free credits

Referrals: you can share your personal link. When a friend signs up through it, they receive a welcome bonus and you receive a reward after their first purchase, in the amounts shown on your Get free credit page at the time. Referral rewards are only paid for real people who become genuine customers. Self-referrals, fake accounts, paid advertising that pretends to be a personal recommendation, spam and bulk messaging are not allowed and will lose you the rewards and may close your account.

Video testimonials: you can record a short video about your experience to earn credits, once per topic. By uploading a video you confirm that you made it, that it shows only you (or people who agreed to appear), and that it is honest. You grant Jobflit a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, edit for length or quality, and show the video on our website, app, social media and advertising, with your first name, to help other job seekers decide whether to use Jobflit. You can ask us to stop using a video at any time by writing to hello@jobflit.com; we will remove it from places we control within 30 days, but may not be able to recall copies already shared by others. Credits for an approved video are yours to keep. We may decline a video that is unclear, off topic, contains other people's private information or anything unlawful.

Written testimonies sent through Support are treated the same way if you tick the box allowing us to feature them.

9. What you must not do

  • Apply to jobs you are not eligible for, or give false information about your identity, qualifications, experience or right to work.
  • Upload a resume or documents that belong to someone else, or apply on behalf of another person.
  • Use Jobflit to send spam, harass employers or anyone else, or to scrape, copy or resell job data.
  • Try to get around credit charges, eligibility checks, rate limits or security measures, or probe or attack our systems.
  • Reverse engineer, copy or build a competing product from Jobflit's software, prompts or data.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that could bring legal claims against us from job boards, employers or anyone else.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account, cancel free credits, and, where the harm is serious, keep purchased credits to cover our losses. We will tell you why, unless the law stops us.

10. Your content and our content

You own your resume, profile, cover letters, answers, videos and anything else you give us ("your content"). You give us a licence to store, process, analyse, edit with AI and transmit your content for the purpose of providing Jobflit to you, including sending it to employers and job boards you apply to, and to our service providers who help us do that. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for the copies employers already hold and the limited records we keep under the Privacy Policy.

Resumes, cover letters and answers Vivy produces for you belong to you. You may use them anywhere, with or without Jobflit.

Jobflit's software, design, name, logo, slogans, the Vivy name and mark, prompts and models remain ours or our licensors'. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service.

11. Job boards, employers and other third parties

Jobs come from public job boards and employer websites that are not run by us. We do not control their content, accuracy, availability or terms, and listings can be out of date, filled or fake. Vivy filters what it can, but you should use your own judgement before applying, and never pay money to an employer or recruiter to be considered for a job.

Applying through Jobflit creates a relationship between you and the employer, not between Jobflit and the employer. Any job offer, contract, interview or dispute is between you and them.

12. Availability and changes to the service

We work hard to keep Jobflit running, but it may be unavailable now and then for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and discovery depends on job boards being reachable. We may add, change or remove features, and change the daily limits on discovery and applying, to keep the service fair and reliable. If we ever close Jobflit entirely we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund unused purchased credits.

13. No guarantees

Jobflit is provided "as is". We do not promise that you will get interviews or a job, that every eligible job will be found, that every application will be accepted, or that AI-written material will be free of mistakes. Eligibility checks are our best assessment from public information and the details you gave us; they are not legal advice about whether you may work somewhere. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we exclude all warranties that are not written in these terms.

14. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a direct and foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is indirect, or that we could not have foreseen, such as a job you did not get, lost earnings, or damage to your reputation with an employer.

Except where the law does not allow us to limit it (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud), our total responsibility to you for everything arising from Jobflit in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or US$100 if you paid nothing.

You agree to cover us against claims by third parties, including employers and job boards, that arise from false information you gave us, applications you instructed us to make, or your breach of these terms.

15. Ending the agreement

You can end it at any time by closing your account in Settings. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, if you have not signed in for 24 months (we email you a warning a month before), or if we stop offering the service. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund unused purchased credits. Sections 10, 13, 14, 17 and 18 continue to apply after the agreement ends.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the product or the law changes. For small changes we update this page and the date at the top. For changes that reduce your rights or add obligations we will email the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using Jobflit after the date, you accept the new terms; if you do not accept them, close your account before the date and we will refund unused purchased credits.

17. Governing law and disputes

If something goes wrong, write to us first at hello@jobflit.com and we will try to fix it within 14 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, except that if you live in a country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring a claim at home, you keep that right.

18. General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Jobflit. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your account or this agreement to anyone else; we may transfer it to a company that takes over Jobflit, and we will tell you if we do.
